Default Home routers

Does anyone have anything good to say about Belkin routers? About Belkin network devices in general? After several recent encounters with them, I wonder how Belkin stays in business.

Netgear, D-Link, and Linksys are all much better behaved than Belkin, at least in my experience. Does anyone have any tips for getting Belkins to work with something approaching reliability?

The best thing to do is check if there are any firmware upgrades available for the product. This is really the only solution outside of returning the product and spending the extra money for a more reliable product from Netgear, D-Link or Linksys.

Default Netgear and Remote Support

I agree with Jeremy. I've never had any trouble with my Netgear router. But if you can't update or return yours, might I suggest checking out RESCUECOM's Remote Computer Support? We can help you determine what might be going on with your router, and how to get it working to your specifications.
